The Venue

The CATS Conference will be held in the National Museum of Denmark, in the Cinema theatre. The address for the venue is Ny Vestergade 10, Copenhagen K.

The cinema theatre is the National Museums modern auditorium. With beautiful classic design and green Arne Jacobsen chairs it is a piece of contemporary Danish cultural history. The large stage can be used for theatre and dance performances and it is equally suited for lectures and panel discussions. Or simply as a different type of breakout room. The cinema has some of Copenhagens best light and sound equipment and various film festivals are hosted here throughout the year. We have 125 fixed chairs in the cinema but an additional 3 rows of chairs can be added so we can seat a total of 176 guests. The flexible back rows offers the most wheel chairs space in any cinema in Copenhagen. The Cinema theatre is popular for lectures, panel discussions and film festivals.
